Maximum deadweight of vessels
Maximum deadweight of vessels supported by the structure of Portonave’s pier, in accordance with other access limitations issued by the competent authorities:
- Maximum deadweight during mooring – 100,000 tons;
- Length overall (LOA) – 350 meters;
- Breadth (beam) – 48,50 meters.

CUSTOMER AUDITS
Considering that Portonave is certified in the management standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 37001 and Iceport in the standards ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000, as attested by the certificates available at this link, any request for customer audits, documentation or filling out qualification forms will be subject to prior review and approval. The request must include a detailed audit schedule, covering the subjects, documents and processes to be audited, as well as the estimated time for each process.
AUDIT REQUESTS
Requests for audits must be forwarded to the Commercial/Reefer Commercial department at least 3 months in advance, in order to ensure adequate internal planning.
DOCUMENTS REQUESTS AND FILLING OUT FORMS FOR QUALIFICATION
Requests for documents and filling out qualification forms must be sent to the Commercial/Reefer Commercial department at least 1 month in advance.
